Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. To downgrade or cancel, visit Shopify Admin → Settings → Billing → App charges and select Easy Pointly.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
All customer points and transaction history are preserved. Tier progression resets to Bronze for all customers when moving to the Free plan, as tier features are a Basic/Pro benefit.
Is the 30-day Pro trial really free?
Yes — no charge for the first 30 days. Your store won't be charged automatically; at the end of the trial, Pro access is removed unless you subscribe from the Billing page. No credit card needed to start.
Can I use the trial more than once?
The 30-day Pro trial is available once per store.
What is the Checkout widget and who can use it?
The checkout redeem widget lets customers redeem their points directly at checkout instead of generating a separate discount code. It requires Shopify Plus and the Basic or Pro plan.
Are there any transaction fees or usage charges?
No. All plans are flat monthly fees — there are no per-order fees, commissions, or usage charges.
